SHIPPING RATES
We offer $10 standard shipping Australia wide. Currently, we only ship within Australia.
SHIPPING CARRIER
Kate Crawford uses Australia Post for deliveries, which includes tracking.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Anticipated delivery is between 2-5 business days, depending on your location. While we strive to meet these timeframes, we cannot guarantee them and are not liable for any delays.
To ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend sending your order to an address where someone will be available to receive it between 9 am and 5 pm. Please double-check that your address details are complete and accurate. If shipping to a business address, include the business name. Unfortunately, we cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched. If you have a shared letterbox, consider using an alternate secure address.
