Returns Policy
We want you to love your Kate Crawford items. We will happily offer you a refund on full-price purchases provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
- Items must not have been worn, damaged, washed or dry cleaned.
- A return request must be emailed to orders@katecrawford.com.au within 14 days from the date of order, noting your full name, invoice number and your reason for return.
- Once the request is approved, the item/s must be returned to the address below within 7 days of receiving the approval email.

Please note that sale or discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.

- Please note, the cost of shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Kate Crawford is not liable for any loss or damage of items during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
- Unauthorised returns or returns received after the 14-day period will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and assess your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Items that do not meet the conditions stated above will be returned to you.
Refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5 business days. Refunds will be for the value of the items only; shipping expenses will not be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We are unable to process exchanges. If you require a different size or style, please return the item and purchase the new item (subject to stock availability). To secure a new item immediately, purchase it online and then return your original item for a refund, provided it meets the above conditions
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the unlikely event your item is faulty please email us at orders@katecrawford.com.au with your invoice number and a brief description of the fault/incorrect item.
Items that are deemed to be faulty by KATE CRAWFORD, may be returned for an exchange of the same item (if the item is in stock) or a refund.

Please also send/email a copy of your return postage receipt to us for reimbursement of these costs if the item is confirmed to be faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
