Returns Policy

RETURN YOUR ORDER

We want you to love your Kate Crawford item/s so we will happily offer you a refund on full price purchases provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must not have been worn, damaged, washed or dry cleaned.
  • A return request is made to KATE CRAWFORD by email to orders@katecrawford.com.au within 7 days from date of order noting your full name, invoice number and your reason for return.
  • Once the request is approved the item/s must be returned to the address below within 7 days from date of approval email.

Sale items or orders discounted are final sale and cannot be returned.

Please note the cost of return shipping is to be covered by the customer.

KATE CRAWFORD will not be responsible for any loss or damage of items during return shipping. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. Authorised returns received after 7 days will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is received and assessed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and approval or rejection of your refund. Items received not meeting the conditions above and not in original condition will be returned to you.

Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. A refund will be for the value of the item/s only. Any shipping expenses will not be refunded.

We are unable to process exchanges. If you require a different size or style please return the item and then purchase the new item (subject to stock availability). However, to instantly secure an item please purchase the new size/style online and then return your item for a refund (provided it meets above conditions).

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the unlikely event your item is faulty please email us at sales@katecrawford.com.au with your invoice number and a brief description of the fault/incorrect item.

Items that are deemed to be faulty by KATE CRAWFORD may be returned for an exchange of the same item (if the item is in stock) or a refund.

Please also send/email a copy of your return postage receipts and we will reimburse you of these costs if the item is confirmed to be faulty. We recommend using a traceable shipping service.
